We provide Services to both Online (based anywhere) and Domestic Clients specifically based in Goa.
For our Domestic Clients who are based in Goa, we design and build their spaces or Plot from scratch whether it’s Interior, Exterior, or whole Building, getting the required Government Building approvals and construction with the help of our Designing Team and Contractors.
For our Online Clients, we help them in designing the interior of their spaces through our E-design services which include the interior of either one particular space of their premises or the whole.

Our Founder, Ar. Karuna Morlekar, who has worked in different cities or states of India like Gurugram, Delhi, Mumbai and Goa, have got an opportunity to learn different kinds of Architecture Styles with each place having its own way of looking at Buildings and space design.
She has vast experience in various fields of Architecture & Design, which includes Residential, Commercial and Urban Projects.
She has worked in projects like Redevelopment, Streetscape and Intersection redesign in Bhubaneshwar & Bangalore Town Centre District under Smart Cities in India.
She has also worked on Light Rail Transit Intersection design which is an Urban Mobility project for Public Transport in Edmonton, capital city of Alberta, Canada.
While being in Goa and gaining experience , she worked on Projects like Houses, Hotels and Factories which included not only designing & knowing the basic technicality of it but also handling the construction and getting the Government Approvals.
Varuthya is a young idea-driven art and Architecture Firm, which believes in providing likeable Architectural Solutions within the economic and developmental constraints of the Clients.
She believes being an Architect, It’s a great sense of responsibility ,which gives us an opportunity, so that we could enhance the living style of people.
Even if one has a small space, how it can be designed that one can never feel that.
Being in greenery depleting environment, how we can balance our green scape with our grey concrete scapes so that both can get along without harming each other.
